Reconciliation of Community: Changing the Nature of Conversations in the Civic Community

Reconciliation of Community: Changing the Nature of Conversations in the Civic Community

If we maintain the same conversations, we will get the same results - communities that work against themselves as vigorously as they try to move forward. Reconciliation of community, or a future different and not determined by the past, occurs through a shift in language. Operationally, this means engaging in conversations we have not had before.

In this two-part series, participants will experience the six crtical conversations to open them to the possibility of creating a different future for their community, their organization, and themselves. A future where accountability is chosen, ownership is co-created and individuals are committed to the success of their community with no promise of personal rewards. Participants will understand how they might transform their own community, organization and life!
